Additionally, I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and utilize Myers Briggs Type Indicator ®, The Predictive Index ®(PI) and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (EQi ®) assessments to support my clients. I have 25 years working in Healthcare, IT, and Finance for companies including Kaiser Permanente, Perot Systems, and Unisys, as project manager, program manager, Chief of Staff. Leading a team in operations has ensured my continuous focus on process improvement along with a Masters in Organizational Psychology aligns with my values to put people in the center. My corporate experience enables me to deeply understand a client’s challenges and the complexities of being a leader within large organizations.
